Ed. is awarded upon completion of a program PORTFOLIO Candidates may choose to complete a PRACTICUM leading to DOE licensure Licensure candidates will participate in a PRE-PRACTICUM experience  Become a state-certified INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
